After gaining experience working as an architect in Auckland, John spent almost a decade working in Berlin and London before establishing Studio John Irving architects on his return 20 years ago.

We are located in inner city Auckland in the old Auckland Gas Works which was established on this site in 1862. The charming brick administration building was constructed in 1902 and looks out through the trees to Victoria Park. It is a great spot.
