A villa located in suburban Northcote Point on Aucklands north shore. The unassuming street presence gives very little away, upon arrival the hallway leads you into another time and place. The villa dissolves and the harbour beckons, you could be mistaken for thinking you are at the beach. What happened... are we on Waiheke?
